While this doesnt look like the safest thing on the market right now, it looks pretty cool and the basic idea is right. Reduce clutter by turing a cord into a socket as well.

As quoted from yankodesign.com- “Continue is not only a plug designed for any electrical equipment, but also a socket. In the many situation, one socket cannot cope with the large number of digital equipment, so we must increase another one or more socket to meet this need. It gives the user a mess that large wires and sockets come together. So a design together with a plug and a socket function can reduce this mess and make all the cable connect simple. The concept of Continue comes from Chinese traditional luck pattern, Eight Trigrams, that means: negative and positive can be interconverted to make life continue, it is also the origin of the name and function of this design.”

Those in attendance at CES last week got a sneak peek at HandHeld Entertainments new ZVUE 260 Personal Media Player, its entry-level next generation media player.

The ZVUE 260 features a 2.5-inch active matrix TFT backlit screen and supports videos running at up to 30 frames per second (fps) at resolutions of up to 320X240 pixels. The ZVUE 260 is also the first ZVUE player to feature a built-in audio speaker. The ZVUE will have SD memory storage capabilities, and will have at least two different SD memory configurations upon official launch.

The device is powered by a lithium-ion battery, and is compatible with Windows Media Player 10 with Microsoft’s secure Digital Rights Management (DRM). The ZVUE 206 will support both Windows Media Video (WMV) and Windows Media Audio (WMA) formats, as well as other video, audio and image formats.

I was just playing a game of Halo 2 on Xbox Live. Anyone who has participated in this act before knows how frustrating it can be sometimes. If you dont want to hear my rant, visit a nicer webpage now!

It started badly with me being insulted by a rather high-voiced chartacter about my xbox live name, forerunner120 [read: foreskin].

The next problems came when I lost my level of a 21 grade sniper because of my team. Why? Why must I be paired with these people.

The thing that makes me most angry is when the less educated people of xbox live start to insult you. I did x3 better than one person yet he called me vulgar things and said I was worse than him.

Please, all Xbox live users, finish school, get rid of your anger and hate, learn to use words in their proper context, as least get more comprehensible insults, then play online.

Konka’s Magic Mirror isn’t a mirror by trade, but its vertically-mounted 42-inch LCD TV is directly wired to a webcam in the bezel, which can display whatever stands in front of it, theoretically accomplishing the same task as a real mirror.

But really, whats with the leapord skin frame?

Konka’s Magic Mirror LCD TV includes a camera, so when not in use as an actual display, it can be made to “reflect” whatever is in front of it. Whatever the virtues of such an invention, however, they are overwhelmed by the inexpressible horror of its design: Leopard spots with a gloss coat and alligator-skin imprinted texture, polished off by the gentle wave cut of its bevel shroud.

The Xbox 360 “Towel Trick”

The sheer wierdness of this solution to the Xbox360′s 3 Red Lights of Doom will intrigue most and cause others to say “D-wah??”.

The story is that if you turn on you 360 sporting the stylish 3 Red Lights of Doom with a cuddly towel (see:poor neglected 360′s) wrapped around it, firing it up for 10 minutes or so, turning it off, and then removing the towel will mysteriously allow your machine to function for a couple hours.

Well, this, or take advantage of Microsofts new extended ~~apology~~ warranty.

Second degree burns from a cellphone?

59 year old Luis Picaso was severely burned when a cellphone in his pocket caught fire and consumed the hotel room he was residing in. Over half of Luis’s body is said to be severely burned; damages to the building totaled over $75,000.

It is not know yet what brand or model of phone/battery he was using when this occured.
